Venus Concept differentiates itself from other aesthetics providers in three key areas: revenue model, customer base, and geographic mix. Venus offers a contracted revenue model, whereby customers pay for the device over a three-year period, a period after which the customer owns the machine. Under the contract, customers also receive a warranty, and are entitled to Venus’ customer support group.
